For the second consecutive year, LeCraw Engineering was chosen as both a “Best Firms to Work For” and “Hot Firm” by AEC management consulting firm, Zweig Group. The “Best Firms to Work For” award celebrates the top AEC firms in the industry based on workplace practices, benefits, retention rates, and more. The “Hot Firm” award recognizes the fastest-growing architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms in the US. “It means a lot to us being chosen for these two awards for a second year in a row, particularly the ‘Best Firms’ award, because it is based on feedback given directly by our employees,” said Mark LeCraw.
